This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how users and Communities may use the Insyde platform operated by Insyde, LLC.
By accessing or using Insyde, you agree to this policy.
1. Lawful Use Only
You may only use Insyde for lawful purposes.
You may not use Insyde to:
- Violate any local, state, federal, or international law
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Launder money or evade taxes
- Traffic or exploit people
- Facilitate illegal activities
2. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Involving or depicting minors in any way
- Exploitation, coercion, or abuse
- Human trafficking
- Prostitution or escorting
- Non-consensual behavior
- Harassment or stalking
- Hate speech or threats
- Impersonation
- Financial scams
- Pyramid schemes
- Selling illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons or dangerous materials
3. Content Rules
You may not post, sell, or distribute:
- Pornography
- Explicit sexual acts
- Sexually exploitative content
- Sexual services or escorting
- Non-consensual or private material
- Content involving or depicting minors
- Copyrighted material without permission
Mature language and adult discussions may be allowed in Communities marked as 18+.
4. Community Responsibilities
Community owners are responsible for:
- Verifying that their members meet age and eligibility requirements
- Moderating their Communities
- Ensuring compliance with this policy
5. Enforcement
Insyde may:
- Remove content
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate Communities
- Freeze payouts
- Report activity to authorities
At its sole discretion.
