Collab Spaces Policy
Effective Date: January 11, 2026
This policy governs shared "Collab Spaces" where two or more Communities connect through the Insyde platform.
1. Shared Environments
Collab Spaces are shared digital environments created for:
- Cross-community interaction
- Coordination
- Social connection
Each participating Community remains independent and responsible for its own members.
2. No Joint Liability
Participation in a Collab Space does not:
- Create a partnership
- Create joint ownership
- Create joint liability
- Create agency relationships
Communities are not responsible for the actions of other Communities or their members.
3. Conduct & Moderation
Each Community is responsible for:
- Its own members
- Enforcing its own rules
- Monitoring participation
Insyde may moderate or remove content at its discretion.
4. Removal & Control
Insyde may:
- Remove a Community from a Collab Space
- Dissolve a Collab Space
- Restrict access
At any time, with or without notice.
5. Disclaimer
Insyde is not responsible for:
- Cross-community disputes
- Interpersonal conflicts
- Event outcomes
- Real-world interactions
All participation is at the user's and Community's own risk.
