Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Insyde, LLC ("Insyde") is committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform that does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form. This policy outlines Insyde's standards and enforcement related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Insyde has a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
The following are strictly prohibited on Insyde:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
- Exploitation or trafficking of minors
- Any depiction, discussion, or encouragement of sexual activity involving minors
- Attempts to evade age restrictions or misrepresent age
2. Age Restrictions
- Insyde is intended for users 18 years of age or older
- Communities may designate themselves as 18+
- Minors are not permitted to create accounts or access Communities
- Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be permanently removed
3. Detection & Enforcement
Insyde may take the following actions without notice:
- Remove content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Ban users or Communities
- Freeze payouts
- Report activity to appropriate authorities
Violations of this policy result in immediate account termination.
4. Reporting CSAE
Users and community operators are encouraged to report suspected CSAE activity immediately.

In cases involving suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation, Insyde may also report activity to:
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Relevant law enforcement authorities
5. Platform Responsibility
Insyde:
- Does not allow sexual content involving minors
- Does not permit Communities that involve minors in sexualized contexts
- Does not support or tolerate CSAE in any form
All Communities operate independently, but must comply with this policy to remain on the platform.
6. Cooperation With Authorities
Insyde cooperates fully with valid legal requests and investigations related to child safety, abuse, or exploitation, in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal from the platform
- Permanent account bans
- Potential legal reporting
No warnings are required for enforcement.
