Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Insyde platform operated by Insyde, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("Insyde," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or purchasing any product or service through Insyde, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What Insyde Is
Insyde is a software platform that allows independent community operators ("Communities") to offer digital access, memberships, and entry to private groups, events, and services.
Insyde does not:
- Host events
- Operate physical locations
- Provide in-person services
- Control Community activities
- Screen or supervise members
- Act as a dating service
All Communities operate independently.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Insyde.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your information is accurate
You may not share accounts or impersonate others.
3. Communities and Content
Communities are responsible for:
- Their own members
- Their own rules
- Their own activities
- Their own compliance with laws
Insyde does not control, review, or endorse Community content.
Communities may be marked as 18+ and may include mature themes. The sale of explicit adult content or sexual services is not permitted.
4. Community Access & Moderation
Each Community on Insyde is independently operated and retains full control over its membership and access rules.
Communities may, at their discretion:
- Approve or deny access
- Remove members
- Suspend or revoke access
- Enforce their own rules and guidelines
Access to a Community is a privilege, not a right.
Removal of access by a Community does not guarantee a refund and does not obligate Insyde to intervene.
Insyde does not:
- Control Community moderation decisions
- Override Community access decisions
- Resolve internal Community disputes
All access decisions are made solely by the Community.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe.
When you purchase access or membership:
- Payment is collected by Insyde
- Funds are held for a minimum of seven (7) days
- Stripe fees, dispute fees, chargebacks, and approved refunds are deducted
- Payouts to Communities occur once per month
You are purchasing digital access, not physical goods.
6. Refunds
All sales are final.
Communities may request a refund on your behalf. All refund decisions are made by Insyde and are not guaranteed.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Insyde manages all Stripe disputes.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Your account may be suspended or terminated
- Your Community access may be revoked
Fraudulent disputes are grounds for permanent ban.
8. Platform Control
Insyde may, at any time:
- Remove Communities
- Remove users
- Freeze payouts
- Terminate accounts
- Restrict access
For any reason or no reason.
8. No Liability for Real-World Activities
Insyde is not responsible for:
- Events
- Meetings
- Physical locations
- Personal interactions
- Injuries
- Losses
- Crimes
- Disputes between users
All real-world activity occurs solely between users and Communities.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Insyde is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about availability, Communities, or outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insyde shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Personal injury
- Community actions
- User conduct
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid to Insyde in the last 30 days.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Insyde harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your participation in a Community
- Your violation of laws
- Your disputes with others
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time. You may stop using Insyde at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
