Legal & Policies

Hosts operate independent communities using Insyde's software.

Insyde does not:

• Operate Communities
• Host events
• Screen or supervise members
• Control pricing or membership decisions
• Provide physical locations or services

Hosts are solely responsible for their Communities.

Hosts are responsible for:

• Verifying member eligibility
• Enforcing age requirements
• Moderating content
• Ensuring legal compliance
• Handling real-world activities
• Managing their members

Hosts must ensure that all activity complies with applicable laws.

Insyde collects payments on behalf of Hosts through Stripe.

Funds are:

• Held for at least seven (7) days
• Reduced by platform fees, Stripe fees, dispute fees, chargebacks, and approved refunds
• Paid out once per month

Hosts may choose to receive payouts via:

• Stripe electronic payout
• Mailed paper check

Mailed checks may take additional time for delivery. Insyde is not responsible for postal delays, delivery errors, or lost mail. Replacement checks may be issued at Insyde's discretion.

Insyde may withhold or delay payouts to resolve disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

All sales are final.

Hosts may request refunds for members. All refund requests are reviewed and approved or denied by Insyde at its sole discretion.

Hosts may not use Insyde to:

• Sell illegal goods or services
• Offer sexual services
• Distribute pornography
• Engage in fraud
• Involve minors
• Operate in violation of law

Hosts may view:

• Member name
• Email
• Membership status

Hosts do not have access to payment details.

Hosts must protect member data and use it only for Community purposes.

Hosts agree to indemnify and hold Insyde harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or lawsuits arising from:

• Their Community
• Their members
• Events or activities
• Violations of law

Insyde may remove or suspend any Community at any time.

Outstanding payouts may be withheld to resolve disputes or violations.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Carolina.
