1. Nature of the Feature
Matchmaking and social discovery features on Insyde are:
- Optional
- Game-based
- Non-guaranteed
- Intended for community engagement only
Insyde is not a dating service, matchmaking service, or relationship platform.
Matches, likes, or connections do not imply compatibility, intent, safety, or outcomes.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- How they interact with others
- Whether they choose to communicate
- Whether they choose to meet or engage outside the platform
Insyde does not:
- Screen users
- Verify compatibility
- Monitor conversations
- Guarantee mutual interest
3. Consent & Behavior
All interactions must be:
- Consensual
- Respectful
- Voluntary
Harassment, pressure, coercion, or repeated unwanted contact is prohibited.
Users may revoke interest or disengage at any time.
4. No Guarantees or Liability
Insyde makes no guarantees regarding:
- Matches
- Responses
- Relationships
- Outcomes
Insyde is not responsible for:
- Emotional harm
- Personal injury
- Losses
- Disputes between users
5. Enforcement
Insyde may:
- Remove access to matchmaking features
- Suspend or ban users
- Restrict accounts
At its sole discretion.
