Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, recurring payments, and cancellations work on Insyde.
By purchasing a subscription or membership, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions
Some Communities offer recurring subscriptions that grant ongoing access.
When you subscribe:
- You authorize Insyde to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Charges continue until canceled
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Insyde account.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for any period already paid.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access may be suspended
- Your subscription may be canceled
Reinstatement requires successful payment.
4. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final.
Refunds are only issued if approved by Insyde at its discretion.
