Important information about using INSYDE and your rights.

Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 11, 2026

This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts work on the Insyde platform.

By purchasing or selling through Insyde, you agree to this policy.

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe.

When a user makes a purchase:

  • Insyde collects the payment
  • Funds are held for a minimum of seven (7) days
  • Platform fees, Stripe processing fees, dispute fees, chargebacks, and approved refunds are deducted

2. Payouts to Communities

Community payouts:

  • Are issued once per month
  • Reflect all fees, disputes, and refunds
  • May be paid via Stripe electronic payout or mailed paper check
  • May be delayed if there is suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations

Insyde is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or delivery issues related to mailed checks.

3. Refunds

All sales are final.

Communities may request a refund for a member. All refund requests are reviewed and approved or denied by Insyde.

Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Insyde manages all Stripe disputes.

If a user files a chargeback:

  • The user's account may be suspended
  • Community access may be revoked
  • Dispute fees and chargebacks may be deducted from Community payouts

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent bans.

5. Taxes

Communities are responsible for their own taxes on earnings.

Insyde does not provide tax advice.
